Recent technical advances in remote monitoring

After a disappointing early history, remote monitoring technology of signalling and other trackside assets is now providing real benefits in preventing train delays and reducing the cost of maintenance: there are also some significant safety benefits.

NEW Plug-&-Play Monitoring

CDSRail has launched a Plug-&-Play range of monitoring systems. Starting with Point Condition Monitoring, exactly the same technology is used as in the standard equipment however the added functionality gives the maintainer greater flexibility when installing meaning no prior knowledge of the site is required.

Generic sub-assemblys and common sensors allow low risk, very quick installation.

Configuration can be tuned to the actual site requirements remotely meaning the systems come online and start recording within 24 hour

All CDSRail systems have Plug-&-Play functionality, regardless of asset type.
