Service and support from CDSRail is available during normal operational hours with dedicated support help desk to respond to telephone and email calls.
CDSRail can provide various options to support railways with the implementation of asset monitoring, for both trial and operational systems. A support contract might typically include:
- Training & actively supporting a system administrator within the client organisation.
- Tuning alarm levels & determining the alarm management routine.
- Daily remote checks to ensure monitoring systems are functioning and examine in detail any assets in an alert or alarm state.
- Daily reports where remote checks indicate an asset is tending towards failure.
- Written weekly report summarising asset performance/observations
- Workshop sessions to cover system use & improvement
- Inclusive of software upgrades
